Started off my day with some power cleans to try to test my strength. Got up to a few sets of 185x7-10, pretty satisfied for now.
Trained my friend Tim to deadlift properly and with intensity, so he’s exhibiting more effort in all of his lifts now as a result. So far so good.
Did some more random strength stuff throughout the session, such as bench pressing for speed. Did that with 185 for a few sets since my chest was a little tired from yesterday.
I’m feeling a bit bloated today, but it’s likely because of the large lunch I had at work. No big deal.
Can’t wait to hit 600 lb deadlift.
I like that people actually look at this diary crap. It means I gotta stay motivated to have progress showing lol
